陳氏太極拳 東大和教室（以下、「当教室」といいます。）は、本ウェブサイト上で提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

当教室は、ユーザーがお問い合わせフォームや体験会申し込みフォームを利用する際に、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を尋ねることがあります。

Chen Style Tai Chi Higashiyamato Class (hereinafter referred to as "the Class") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
